Introducing Heidi Hogarth

Heidi is a Naturopath, Nutritionist, PMDD survivor, & mum of two living in Adelaide, South Australia.

Motivated by her own debilitating & lonely experience with PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder), Heidiā€™s passion in clinical practice lies in supporting others to regain power over their menstrual moods, get off the emotional rollercoasters and balance body & mind naturally so they can feel calm, confident and empowered in themselves, in relationships, work and Life.

Heidi is a firm advocate for body-mind medicine, meaning that fortifying the biochemistry of your body and brain has a powerful positive impact on mental and emotional wellbeing. (Your brain, after all, is a flesh-and-blood organ of your physical body).

Heidi holds a Bachelor of Health Science, Bachelor of Arts, an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy, a Diploma of Nutrition, and Metabolic Balance Practitioner Certification. She is an accredited fellow of the professional association, the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) and professional member of the IAPMD.
